“It’s not everyday we are able to stop by. We are from out of state and we were just visiting the Lake Charles area for the weekend.The one occasion we did stop at Everyday mart, the service worker was polite. Our stop was brief but in the quick stop we thought we left a phone behind. We returned to Everyday mart the next day. It was a different service worker, but just as polite and understanding. She was helpful and honest letting us know she didn’t know of or see a phone, she even checked some of the areas behind the counter in case it was ther. She still offered to take our information and talk to the manager when they got to work.We were on our way back to Houston, nearly home when we got a call from Everyday mart. They actually had found our phone. We offered a reward and to have it mailed to us, the manager said it wasn’t a problem, no need to pay for the shipping for the phone to be returned to us. A week later our phone showed up in the mail, along with the little notes of personal information (name, address etc) we had left with them.Bottom line, the great thing about Everday Mart, the people that work there are kind and thoughtful which makes a quick stop in a positive experience. Would go out of my way to visit again.”
