Anytime one of our packages go through Jackson USPS, there is an issue. Every. Single. Time. Package has been sitting at their location for 10+ days due to their mistake. Still paid for shipping and they don't like giving refunds. Lost track of a package with $80 worth of stuff. No wonder their review ratings are so low.

trash customer service. They hold packages for a week+ with no updates on tracking. If you want to lose money and your package, go ahead and use this location.

Had to get a passport for.my daughter and Mr. Eric was the only one working. He couldn't have been more pleasant, friendly and helpful. Felt like a throwback to when people enjoyed their job and treated you like a human. Thanks Mr. Eric for a pleasant experience.

Absolutely rude. I went this morning at 7:30 am to ask for a package that arrived yesterday. The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all! She said there was absolutely no way they had started going through their packages. I just checked my tracker and it was scanned at 7:10 am out for delivery. So had she went in the back and checked it was there and gone through. What bothered me is that she didn’t even make any effort to go and look and just assumed there was no way.

I love this post office so much. Felicia is so helpful and when I moved to Jackson Louisiana, she welcomed me with kindness and told me all about the town and the history of the house I was buying. She is truly an asset to the Jackson community.
