My husband had an awesome experience at Key Storage! Devin was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we selected the right unit for our needs. From answering all of his questions to guiding him through the payment process, everything was super smooth. He made the whole thing so much easier than we expected, and we really appreciated his patience and professional manners. Definitely looking forward to doing business with Key Storage moving forward! We worked with Jaquan (apologies if spelled wrong) to rent our storage container. He was very friendly and went over the top to answer our questions. Process was smooth and efficient and we were in and out in about 30 minutes. Storage containers are clean and well maintained. Climate control is perfect. Good sized elevator and carts available to help move stuff. Overall very pleased so far!
