“In January 2025 a driver ran a red light and totaled my 2015 Toyota Rav4. The driver’s insurance company seemed to be dragging their feet. I was in desperate need of a rental car. I then called my Statefarm agent who took control of my claim (I carry full coverage). The same day I had a rental car waiting for me. Just signed the paperwork and picked up the keys. The process rolled along without any issues. Within in 2 weeks everything was complete and I was paid a very generous cash value for my vehicle. I have never been in this situation before and can’t say enough good things about how I and my process was handled.
