Came in not knowing exactly what I would want or end up with. I ended up walking out with a new iPhone 16e thanks to the help of Tyler who helped me switch my carrier over and hooked me up with useful accessories as well. I recommend everyone to come in and see him.

Just wanted to say that the other day I spoke with the manager Nick. I had wanted to change my contact info from my Android over to my iPhone. With no hesitation he helped me out and although I was unable to keep the same number, he definitely tried to help me keep it. It was just as well though and I didn’t mind getting a “fresh” number. He did however was able to change over my email and he also walked me through the steps of the iPhone and was very patient with doing that as well!!! He is a very nice guy because in the past I was dealt with some rude employees at that same location but I’m glad that “Boost” alternate’s with there employees by doing that with there stores because I found the right person and that was Nick. Speaking of that, when I went back a second time I met Misty and she too was quite helpful towards me as well. What happened was there were some features that needed to be set up like my Boost app and etc. I totally didn’t even think about when I was dealing with Nick but Misty walked me through it though and she too was very polite and helpful!!! I had meant to call Nick to talk about the way Misty dealt with me but didn’t have time, so Misty if your reading this review I do apologize for that but I hope this review brings you pleasure and joy because you really know your job!!!! You and Nick are truly amazing and God will bless the both of ya’ll!!! Thanks Again and I really appreciate you guys for taking the time out to help me.

He goes by the name of Moby the employee that took care of all my phone needs for years now and developed the most trust. I recommend him to all my people anytime something breaks. Nobody else is confident and respectful as he is and I hope he continues to work here.

Bad service the young guy islamic short with a beard behind the counter was very rude. I asked to speak to his manager and he told me that his manager would not come talk to me. Well thanks to Sam if that's even his real name Boost lost a customer. It would get half a star if I could. One star is to much.
