I brought a charger here at 3:00pm and wanted to return it at 4:30pm because it doesn’t work. Was told that they don’t do returns on accessories but I could get another one. They didn’t have the one that I brought so I would have to take a wire or just a cube! It is now 5:20pm and I’m just leaving the store! This has to be the worst boost mobile on the planet! Customer service is TRASH! I watched the guy answer the phone and hang up on a few different customers who called the store! Don’t spend your money there!

Service was good but i had gone in there for a special they were having, and ended up w something else other than what i went in there from the start. So wasnt pleased at all by that.

I called and asked about a SIM card. The man was very rude , passive aggressive and tried to rush me off the phone. And just for that alone, I will NOT be going to this boost mobile.SIR, IF YOU ARE GOING TO WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE , BE KIND.

Not only this particular location, this company has became a disturbing headache since end of December till now. They sold a 35 dollars monthly plan but they have been charging 60 dollars every month since and no one in this company is accountable for such a act of thievery. Every location of this company visited for correcting this act of thievery and their customer service system claim they are installing a new system that doesn’t allow change of plan and after wasting long times of searching they say try again at the end of the next month, a very convenient excuse to charge you an extra 25 dollars each month. Unbelievable way of stealing money from the customer.

Honestly love this location!!! They helped me out when other stores said my phone was non-useable. Blu even spoke a little Spanish, which is always a plus in case some people can't get the whole message across with broken English.

Visited Boost Mobile today excellent customer service got down to business fixing my service issue the young lady was very respectful and helpful and made my experience worth the stop also explained my upgrade options !!! I would recommend this location for your Boost up grades and issues .Thank you Boost ! 10 year customer.
