My time with Dependable Storage has been nothing short of amazing. I came here from a Public Storage unit not far from the DS Jefferson location, where I was never satisfied and always had an issue with water leakage. When I say DS has set the bar high on so many levels. The most valuable part of this experience was your customer service. I never felt more valued in my life. The one person that kept me on my feet was Brandy. She was always on her own and always made time for everyone. She made sure things were in order from payment inquiries to customer satisfaction. I will always choose Dependable Storage for my storage needs. Brandy is also the reason i’d recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again Brandy and the whole DS community for everything ☺️

After MANY years, I have finally emptied my storage unit at the Jefferson location.
Dependable storage has been amazing!
The service has been great!!!
The facilities are always clean, well taken care of and feel very safe.
The automatic billing/auto pay they offer makes everything so much easier.
Highly recommend Dependable Storage!

Brandy was great but the facility is out dated and the doors are not wide enough for my needs and not covered and climate controlled to unload.

The facility at the Jefferson location is very well managed. It is very clean, and carts are widely available for use. The office staff is very professional, courteous, and friendly.

Climate controlled and polite staff. A little pricey and only open until 9pm most days, closed on holidays and Sundays, according to their website. Owner's comment is false.
