I'm updating my review because the management reached out to me about the issue and wanted to take responsibility. They have offered a partial refund. They acknowledged there was a disconnect and said they would address it. I appreciated the effort.
This place has been a challenge from day 1. I was told it was air conditioned, it was not. When we went to get our stuff, it was covered in mouse feces and roaches. I rented it for 3 months, and I guess the end of the month to them is the 29th and not the end of the month.

I needed a storage close to my location and spacious enough for my belongings. The staff there was soooo helpful! They made sure I had what I needed to make my time at the storage easy. Mr Brandon spoke very clearly and was extremely patient. I thank him and the maintenance man for their assistance. I would be there again if need be.
