“The staff here are great and the Store Manager always exceed my expectations. They usually have my parts in stock and if not they will get it there the same day. I would have to say this is the best location I have had the pleasure of doing business with. We always hear the negative things about companies or employees so I wanted to just take a minute and say Great Job to the Jena location.”

“I have been going Jena Service Center for years but most recently to get the air checked and filled in my tires. I have one tire, for some reason, that runs low on a pretty regular basis. I have had the tires replaced, gotten them rotated (all at Jena Service Center under previous management) and that one tire still leaks air. This has been going on since I purchased the vehicle new, back in 2014, and I believe it's a defect in the rim. Anyway, I pop into Jena Service Center and ask them to check my tires and air it (them) up. Been doing this for over a decade and have always been greeted with a smile and professionalism. The owners have changed, but there's always helpful and courteous staff there to help me.”
