I was looking for a deck belt at Lowes with no help from the staff after asking twice. I went to Tractor Supply and with help from the employee was able to match it perfectly and the price was also cheaper. I will continue shopping with Tractor Supply.

Wasted my time driving 40 minutes to this store. Inventory online showed you had 126 bags of pellet bedding. Your customer service people claim you had 10 and they couldn’t find more. Pretty confident they just didn’t want to move them to the front. BEYOND annoyed with this store.

Tractor supply in Jena is one of the most outstanding stores we have the personnel are extremely courteous if you need help you don't have to walk around looking for some one to assist you also if they don't have an item they go above and beyond to locate that item for you a million words can't describe the efficiency that is demonstrated here drop in and see for yourself I'm positive you will be extremely satisfied

Love this store.....Shop here 2 or 3 times a week....Employees are always very helpful and adhere to the state rules that are in affect at this time.....Great group of employees who are trying to look out for all adults and children alike during this trying time.....I find the store to be very clean and orderly.

Unhelpful workers who aren't even in uniform, chickens and ducks are not being taken care of. Honestly shocked because most people in this town are friendly I thought.

tried to bring my daughter in to buy her a pair of boots, was told only one person per family. the local shop down the road didn't have a problem with her trying on boots and gladly accepted my money. won't be spending any more here.
