Always have such a good experience here! Store is always clean, smells good. Employees are friendly and super knowledgeable!! Pay no mind to the very few and far between disgruntled reviews. The employees here are some of the best I’ve ever interacted with!!!!!

Horrible experience. Tried selling me an outdated phone for more money than the new model phone that was offered, hoping that I wasn’t intelligent enough to shop other options(including their own website). I recommend you use the app or shop ATT online for better experience and deals. Employees at this retail location waste your time and money.

At first was great...they helped with the problem of our having ordered phones that were not delivered...for 3-4 weeks...we had already paid for the phone transfers..2 phones. Then we had problems with previous company not transferring for phones information. After that was done...took 2 weeks...we received new phones... one phone was a new set-up so it was instant. Other phone was a transfer...but it did not transfer all information. So I was told to take it to a 'FixIt' place..I did & it took them to transfer all info available. But when I went to pay bill & turn in phone they would not take tradein...for a few days over limit...mind you their hours are limited on weekly time..plus we had a holiday there also. Now I am told to contact AT&T to fix problem..
