Had a good visit but went bring in some batteries to recycle was supposed to get cash but the guy working told me I had to get a gift card which is not what I was told the day before and that's not what the website says just not happy with being misslead like that

I was having issues with my car, so I stopped and got it checked out at autozone. I was helped by a young man in high school named Kane, and he was fantastic! Very knowledgeable guy and helped me get my issue fixed real quick. Definitely would recommend!

I went in to buy a replacement battery for a riding lawnmower. I walked in with the old battery and was not greeted by nor acknowledged by anyone standing behind the counters, they must have had some issues going on within the store that day that were far more important. I wasn't sure which of the registers were being used or where I was supposed to place the battery I was bringing in to return for disposal. I was left standing there for a few minutes and I kept looking back and forth at the employees while I patiently stood there waiting for them to perhaps say something to me or nod, wave or something along those lines, they never did. I finally enterrupted their conversation with my question of where could I place the battery to shop at least. They were kind and helpful when they finally helped me out. I was literally the sole customer in this store too! The first salesman helped me find the replacement battery I needed while the second one was able to sell me the brand new hardware I needed to reinstall the battery back onto the lawnmower. I was in and out rather quick as I was the only person shopping at this time. I was able to get a warranty on the battery of some sort and the prices were low!

Scott that works at autozone in Jennings Louisiana has fantastic customer service skills. Very fast and friendly. Will do business again there and recommend this autozone.

can't stand this place after what they did, I ordered a part from these guys and they told me that it would be in by 2 pm so I called at 2 pm to see and it won't be here till 5 so I called again at 5 and couldn't understand a word they said cause they didn't talk well enough to understand and then they said it won't be in till 7 pm!!?!!?! never order or do service with autozone again!

On April 14th 2022 at hour 14:50 I went in to the Jennings store and requested brake pads. I live 30 miles out of town and was sold the wrong brake pads. Never, was I asked if my Toyota Tacoma Truck was a base model or Prerunner and it makes a difference on the part you receive. I answered every question I was asked, year, make, model, 2WD, 6 cylinder. My mechanic had my truck tore down and ready to change pads before it was obvious I was sold the wrong ones. So not only did I burn gas 60 miles round trip but had to pay the mechanic for tear down and reassemble and now I'll have to drive round trip AGAIN to get the correct part and pay the mechanic again to install. The employee was working as the commercial manager on duty. Shouldn't he be more thorough with his questions in this position??. I called the store and he had left for the day. So, I asked if they could tell me which part they pulled up for my truck and this person began asking the year, make, etc BUT then asked, Base or Prerunner!!!! OBVIOUSLY your system asked for that pertinent information. Apparently the Commercial Manager made assumptions without asking me. This is a costly mistake the commercial manager incompetence has caused me. Totally outdone and upset with the entire situation and out of pocket cost this has created for me. Shame on you AutoZone.
