Jared Fontenot is an aggressive man with no respect at all. My disabled sister submitted a finance application to there for the 2025 F350 XLT tremor gas for the McGraw family to buy because my parents are not being treated well by Ford Credit and giving them problems. We have tried there before in the summer with the same truck. This is showing no family dealership with this type of salesman. I understand she only makes a certain amount of income with Social Security each month. He answer any real questions he had with using her income to purchase it. I would never recommend his business to anyone.

Had a Dr’s appointment and they made sure my vehicles was ready in time since I live out of time. They also did an extensive inspection when I told them I ran over a 2x4 on the interstate a week prior. Just a bunch of good guys and women.

Bought a vehicle and they have refused to do federally mandated recalls on the vehicle for over 6 months now. Always they have excuses. I cannot recommend them at all due to this.

I've been waiting on a recall on my 21 Aviator rear camera. This has been since before Oct 2023 and was recently told I was number 50 on list of 100 and to just be patient. I called Oustalet and they received part in TWO days. It took a couple of weeks to have installed but I was first customer and job completed within an hour. I am very impressed with Oustalet dealership and will go to them for next purchase. Love and miss the hometown service they provide. Thanks Oustalet Lincoln !!!.

You will never find a more knowledgeable and caring dealership then Oustalet Ford. The whole Oustalet family goes to great lengths to make you feel welcome and glad to be part of of the great experience of buying a vehicle from them. I have delt with more then a few dealerships in my life but the Oustalet dealership is by far a first class experience. I highly recommend using them for all of your automotive needs especially if you are in the market for a new vehicle, which I can tell you from buying one from them was a great experience.
