Why put a self checkout in the store if you’re just going to have the store associate ring up my items anyway? I go to self checkouts because I don’t feel like being social, I can ring it up mySELF. I’ve basically just started shopping at Walgreens because everytime I go to CVS the cashier is all in my space.I understand corporate told them to do that but I hate it. It makes my anxiety bad just to have someone breathing down my neck when I just want to buy my soap and go home.If you really want to ring up my items: do it at the register.But if I go to self checkout, I fully expect to ring things up myself (unless I have a problem like with liquids because for some reason the self check out will not recognize when you scan a liquid item if you’ve put it in the bagging area).TLDR; stop getting in my personal space at self checkout, I’m doing it myself so I don’t have to socialize. It’s nothing against the cashiers personally, but I do not want to talk to you.

I came here looking for postcards. There were no postcards. In other places, CVS is my go-to place for postcards. It seems strange that in such a big tourist area, CVS wouldn't have postcards. Very disappointing.The worker I talked to was nice though. I appreciate that.

Went in for the first time to make a money order, In this process the associate named DAWN was very rude customer service and embarrassed both of us in the store because of this associate I will NO longer do business at this location!!! Because of her! Very ugly

The only reason I'm rating this CVS Pharmacy Jennings Louisiana because they have no 0 option. Their drive through is never open, the staff is not friendly and are very slow. Something really needs to be done with this particular Pharmacy.

Worst service ever! Never staffed, medication takes days to come in. Changed pharmacy. Anything other than CVS is better!

I wouldn't even give them half a star had a prescription that should have been filled yesterday called to today at 2 to check on it was told it was in progress went their at 5:45 was told it would not be ready until tomorrow I'm out of my medication.Will have prescription moved to a different pharmacy Monday.

If this pharmacy weren’t the only place my insurance covers my prescriptions, I would definitely choose a different pharmacy. I’ve NEVER had decent service here, much less good service. In addition to the absolute rude staff, the fact that they ignore the existence of their customers is infuriating. They could not even acknowledge my existence long enough to let me know they weren’t going to serve me at the drive through and I needed to go inside to get my prescription. I wonder if they understand that their customers are the only reason they get a pay check!!!!

Going there this afternoon. In the past I have been very pleased. I believe CVS Corporate is the reason for the slowness. They have cut Pharmacy Techs and they require the pharmacist to give flu injections, etc. Will update after my afternoon visit. Just wanted to give a heads-up as to the reason for lack of service.

Never dealt with such incompetence. Got to the drive through with one car in front of me. Sat there for 26 minutes. Just about to drive away, line moves and I'm next. Sat at the window another six minutes watching the staff snack and gaze into workstations before one of them saunters over. I'm told it'll be 30 minutes before they can fill my script. Dr office called in the script 4 hours ago. Total waste of time.

Terrible customer service!! They act like they don’t see you sitting at the window. Nobody at counter blew horn and pressed speaker they walk by without even speaking and continued to make us wait. If I could give a zero star I would!

They ignore you at the counter inside. And they ignore you at the drive through window. We have been sitting in the drive through for over an hour only because if I go inside and get ignored I'll get arrested. This place is the worst. I hope corporate headquarters sees this and the other reviews because they need to do something or close down.
