Hebert's Boudin & Cracklins is a modern and clean restaurant with a well-organized and easy-to-navigate interior. The gas pumps and restrooms are also very clean and modern, with private restrooms and touch-screen pumps. The location is conveniently situated on I-10 eastbound feeder. While the food has not been tried, the atmosphere and facilities receive high praise. However, customer service is an area for improvement, with some reviewers suggesting better training for staff. Despite this, the restaurant's cleanliness and presentation earn high marks.

Loved this place great food wish they had more pork ribs but came late great customer service clean restrooms and many things to choose from at the store from souvenirs and gifts for a loved one

The store is new and clean and and everyone who works there is very friendly. My review is just about the regular boudin links. They have a very distinct flavor that to me is off-putting. I can see how if that is the flavor boudin you grew up on how it could be something people like, but I couldn't finish the link.
