“Hi. I recently checked in for a 5 day stay. I felt strongly against it at first because of the thought of staying in an outdoor hotel room. But the housekeepers were nice and courteous to me, and they recounted to me their air show experiences, I understand how busy they can be during those days so even if I did not get the perfect services that I did, I would still totally appreciate and respect the time everyone puts into there to help keep their guests comfortable and happy. Only issue it's that I have an aversion to it being an outside hotel, this should change.”

“I stayed at Motel 6 in Jennings around the 1st of May 2026 - I gave the rooms 5 stars due to the fact my room was clean and my bed was comfortable, it’s not an upscale hotel so don’t expect a luxury hotel at these prices if you want clean comfortable accommodations for the night this is it. Staff was friendly and accommodating, restaurant within walking distance. King Buffett is next door, I had spoken to a lady in housekeeping the day I was leaving she also was friendly and helpful. I have a great experience there would recommend. By the way I had read on a review about someone air not working but I chanced it anyway - and mine was perfect blew very cold. I also called ahead and asked them if I could have a room on the bottom floor and they accommodated me with issue, I called around 9am. Stage area also. Approx 45 minutes to Lafayette and maybe 35 to Lake Charles.

“I don’t understand why this motel/hotel has such bad reviews. They answered the phone politely, were nice and efficient when we arrived. The room was basic but clean. No bugs. Waffle house etc 5 mins away. No coffee, no pool, no ice machine. Felt super safe, surrounded by fields. 1000x better than the motel we drove away from in Lafayette with lots of homeless in the car park. Would recommend for one night on the road.”
