Live on Granger Street have been having problems getting my packages for years, even with tracking we would get slips of paper in the mail stating no one was home to receive these packages or they were out for delivery and never arrived; with three or four cars in the drive way at time (the driver states no one is home) we have inside animals we'd know if they got down and came to the door. Plus not to mention 2 front doors and 3 doorbells. I received a slip for a letter that requires adults signature, they once again did not get down and come to the door. I file a complaint with post master Kay at the Jennings office on 11/17/24 and she tells me that to have the letter redelivered I have to sign the preice of paper and put it in the mail box or pick it up at the post office, it's 11/18/24, I go to pick my letter up at the post office and it's not there and then they (post master Kay) came out of the back with an attitude refusing to sign the pick up slip stating that my registered mail was NOT in their (Jennings office) when I came to pick it up, that something that requires a pre-signature for re-delivery magically went out of the post office and no one can find it, but it went out with the mail today? She still refused to sign the pick up slip stating that my registered mail was not located at their office on the date I came to pick it up ( after being personally informed by post master Kay the previous day that I would need to sign the slip and put it in the mail box or pick it up in person just the day 11/17/24 before).

Our postal driver is the most incompetent postal worker I have ever seen. We have never had a problem until this new postal worker. They come up with every excuse not to deliver down Edgewood rd. This is unacceptable. Our tax dollars pay for this person's income. Get it together,Jennings. There is no way to contact the main office so that is a bust. Completely unacceptable work ethic. This person should lose their job. There are 9 families that live down this road. Something needs to be done and quick. I guess our packages will be sent back because of total laziness.

Today 2/9/2024 the lady that delivered my package to 1050B McKinley Ext. Jennings Louisiana 70546, got out of her truck and put my package on my porch against the wall. Yes this is a compliment to her! So many throw packages and brake plants and knock things over. I was very impressed. Please pass this message on to her. If I could give no stars I would. The driver on my route is the laziest person I’ve ever seen. Will never deliver any of my packages and never leaves a slip, always uses the excuse of driveway not accessible when my driveway is only 10feet in length, could easily park on the curb and walk 10’ to my door. This is getting ridiculous.

It's a crying shame when someone fighting lung cancer has to go to the post office everyday to pickup her mail because someone pretending to be the post master told us we could move our mailbox from front door to carport and now they are telling us our mail it undeliverable I have meds that cone by mail.

The mail carriers are some of the laziest people I've seen. My driveway has A pothole that is easily able to be avoided but they refuse to enter my driveway saying it is" impassable " Well, if it were impassable I would be stuck in my yard. I went as far as placing a table at the entrance of my driveway where they could reach through their window to set the package and they still used the excuse of my "bad" driveway and as far as their slips that are left to inform you that they were unable to deliver the package, trying to schedule a delivery, NONE of the barcodes are in the system so you can't reschedule! It's one particular carrier that I ALWAYS have problems with. I've already reported her once but all they did was suspend her for hoarding my mail. I always thought that when you mess with mail that was considered a felony!!

I have the same problem, I cringe when I see USPS when I order from Amazon too, they deliver, but I live in an RV park and the address has the main house number on it that reads Lot but they stuff the packages in the "box" that is the same number of the "lot", it's not hard there is a difference between box and lot, they aren't confused, just lazy to drive up to the house, the park manager doesn't have a key to the box to access my delivery, so therefore I have to go and get someone from post office to come open the box, what a hassle!

Do I need a big neon sign to remind y’all to pick up my packages goin out. I send mail almost everyday. And y’all randomly decided not to take it when u feel like it. U dropped mail off I kno you seen it sitting in front u waiting to go. Now I gotta explain to customs once again why they won’t receive their stuff on time. Y’all gotta do better it’s less than two months into 2020 and this is at least the 3rd or 4 th time already.

Every time I see Amazon has shipped my package with USPS I cringe because I know my “Guaranteed” 2 day shipping will be 3 to 4 days. Not only can they not deliver a package on time I can’t even go get it from the Jennings Post office because even though they have it there at 7am it’s still not sorted by 4pm. This place is a joke. At least Welsh will go get my package from the back from for me when they’re running behind.
