“Based on the recent reviews from Gracie Hartis and Kailyn Hartis. I was there when this happened. The ice and snow on your vehicle was pretty bad. I saw your wipers working perfectly right before you left and nothing scratched or had any issues. Not only that but as you were leaving and stopped at the driveway the large chunks of ice from on top of your vehicle flew forward onto your windshield which could have caused the damage to the wipers and could caused them to scratch your windshield. To blame it on them was very rude because ive been going there for years and the guy up there that changed your wipers has changed mine many times. I drive a 2020 Ford Expedition. If there was any issues from that worker then I would have noticed them first. This Oreillys has great workers that are dependable and ive noticed they are cautious with everything they do. So many people like Gracie or Hartis will only send bad reviews when they want companies to deal with their problems for them. I could care less if you did the same to autozone because ive never had amazing customer service from them like Oreillys does. Every time I go into Oreillys, the employees are smiling and always ready to get you what you need. Ive even got them to call other companies to order the parts I need. Please dont be like these people and try to get money or discounts out of companies because you want hold an innocent employee liable for what was likely their mistake. Other than that, I would like to thank Oreillys for all the hard work they do and how they make my life easier. They do good work and have helped me solve many of my issues ive had with any of my vehicles.”

“Even though the store had several people in it I was greeted as I walked through the door and was told someone would be with me shortly. As soon as next employee was available I was next and they was able to help me with my car starting issues and even install the battery for me after discussing several options. Great customer service.”
