“I brought my vehicle 2012 Ford Fusion in for three recall repairs, and the team at Mendoza Ford handled everything exceptionally well. The work was completed within a day, and their online tracking system made it easy to follow each step of the process. Their waiting area is comfortable, with coffee, newspapers, magazines, and free Wi-Fi. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. I want to give special appreciation to Mr. Doug, my service advisor. He went far beyond the basics: he explained each recall clearly, kept me updated, and spoke with the kind of calm that instantly puts a customer at ease. His attitude made the entire experience feel personal rather than routine. It’s rare to meet someone in service who combines professionalism with genuine kindness, and he managed both effortlessly. I didn’t even purchase my car from Mendoza Ford, yet they treated me with real care and respect from start to finish. I’m truly grateful for their service, and I’ll definitely return in the future.”

“Staff is so friendly. They are excellent at playing guess what part I need from my vague descriptions. They always send me home with what I need at a price I can afford.”
