Got there. Parked on the street steps away from his tiny shop, not good enough, blocked the next door parking lot access, even though they weren’t busy, mind you, from the phone conversation he was soon to be checking out my truck issues, so I initially thought it wouldn’t matter.
Pull up he said, pulled up, into his tiny lot, he told me that was not what he wanted, “back out onto the shoulder of the road”
I did. Parked on the shoulder in front of his tiny shop. I looked at him from my truck, he looked at me. After ten minutes I got out to go talk to him. As polite as I could be.
He looked at me in the face and with his buddies staring at me, he said,” I’m not working on it, get it off my property”
The shop is so small that they have to maneuver vehicles around to get trucks in. If you don’t have somewhere to park a trailer like on a tractor trailer or if you have a bigger truck, you may want to reconsider. His shop is the smallest I think I’ve ever seen, and it really all depends on his mood at that point in time on whether he will work on your equipment or not.
