Messaged them about a truck multiple days received no response. Called during posted business hours no answer. Drove an hour to see the truck that was still for sale on car gurus and posted on their website, only to find out they had sold it 4 days earlier. Very poor business practices.

They are very Unprofessional when It come to customer service and the lady in there is so rude they don’t care about your well-being when it comes to safety they would literally put you in car to kill yourself highly don’t recommend

They sold a motor home & a truck for us a few years ago and did a great job. A few months ago my husband bought a truck there. Their service was unbelievable and the lady in the tire shop really was knowledgeable and courteous. But most importantly they were so patient and kind with him (he’s 84) and they never rushed him nor were rude to him! I’m sure all the employees are good but most:of my contact was with Pierce and Melissa and we really enjoyed doing business with them!

Southern Star was amazing to work with!! I talked to Melissa over the phone, we agreed on a price, and I was out of their office in about 30 minutes. They were honest and very accommodating!! I highly recommend giving them a call.
