Good service friendly people....only complaint is they don't give a debit card in branch...u have to wait for 10 days if you ever lose or lock your card or if it stolen...I have bills that are paid online by debit card not account number so it screws up a lot of things...and I won't pay the money to get a temp...makes no sense to have to

After our last bank sold itself, we switched to this one as it is the only one in the town we live in. At first it was ok and some of them are really nice. However, after multiple fees (other banks don't have), several transactions that had to be disputed (and never saw the money back), my kids accounts were closed with no notice (and not by us), constantly having to fight just to get what the money is put there for paid, and them automatically without asking signing us up for a weekly obligation to an account we didn't reopen. We had 4 accounts there, down to 2. We will be leaving and banking elsewhere. We are done with the drama and over $2000 that's just gone with no help to recover our money.

Moved to this bank 1.5 years ago.Love this bank and branch!Super helpful, friendly staff.Moving was traumatic, but so glad it happened!Much better banking experience now.

This bank used to be very good and accommodating. However, since then it seems like pulling teeth to get a loan or dispute a charge. For the loan, our credit score is even higher! I had a service animal with me and told them I had a disability in written expression. My wife had her arm in a sling from carpel tunnel treatments. We went to dispute a charge, and the teller said she could not help us fill it out, that we had to ourselves.
