“I want to give a negative 0 stars based on the new mail carrier that’s working the routes, but I gave 5 stars only because of the worker there, whom is Shaneka Carter. She listens to your complaints, call to check up, and goes above and beyond to make sure you are heard! I’ve spoken with many individuals in the community that has had problems with the new mail carrier that’s currently there about not getting their mail on time and they always say “Shae” as they call Shaneka, would help them when they go in. She has been nothing but a good help and listener to me & my parents and we really appreciate everything she has done for us.”
“Amazing workers! Accidentally sent my package to the wrong address. Went In to see how I could get it redirected to a new address. Lady behind the desk called the mailman and got it rerouted back to the post office and I received my package the same day!”
