“Found out at around 10 am one morning I needed 4 obscure sized tires. Called and Mika said they didn’t have them, but they could get them by 3pm AND put them on that day. Well, she called at 2pm said they got them in, by 2:45 I was there, my car was on the rack by 2:50 and I was out by 3:30. They have my business for life!”
“I found myself in Thibodaux for the weekend, needing attention to a couple of tires on a Saturday morning and was lucky to find this little gem of a tire store. Service was fast, friendly, professional and extremely efficient. They were able to diagnose and repair a problem with one tire and trouble shoot and alleviate concerns I had about a second tire. “Update, just bought good used tire. My 7-8th one from here with perfect service.3 days later it’s midnight tire is flat, daughters school in the am. No big deal I will put my space on, used to do tire work. Only problem the Tech got my bolts so tight can’t even loosen one of 5. Will call them tomorrow and hope they will take care of everything no problem!Latest Update, they absolutely took ownership of the issue, apologized for any inconveniences, replaced my purchased bad tire!
