“We have lived in the area a couple of years and our Altima has been serviced by Eddie Tourelle's Northpark Nissan in Covington during that time. We've had brakes replaced and new tires, as well as a couple of oil changes. I must admit, I had avoided dealerships for years due to a some bad experiences in the past; being overcharged for routine services and having unnecessary repairs recommended. My experience at Eddie Tourelle's has been quite different. Logical, honest advice on repairs is given and work is well explained, with service being quick and expertly done. Staff exudes a high degree of professionalism and yet are friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive. As we are soon leaving on an extended trip, I scheduled a safety check-up today (brakes, tires, spare, fluids, etc.) which was completed in a few hours at NO CHARGE.
