These people are con artists it’s actually sickening. “Car runs and drives great, brakes a little squeaky but thats it” I get there look at the car no check engine light all seems well. Not even 1 day later and the check engine light comes on for the catalytic converter. Needed a brand new one. The brakes are completely nonexistent on this car, rotors completely worn. The belt and tensioner both need to be replaced. Spark plugs stripped out and oil in the spark plug well. They sold me a lemon and acted like everything was great, knowing full well Im pregnant and have a toddler and needed something reliable.

Just brought a car from them yesterday, I breakdown about 4 miles from the lot. Finally get it to my house. I called them they tried playing me for a fool & said I can bring it back for their mechanic to look at it. Like it's really going to make it back to Lacombe.

At this current moment it's in the shop, getting a new radiator put in after they told me they had just put a new one in. Also they put way to much oil in the car so it's spitting oil on my intake manifold!! $1720 for a vehicle I can't drive, and other several hundred dollars on parts and labor. They better hope they get my title in when they told me it will be ready!!! I did get my title around the time they said I would, other then the mechanical issues I don't have an issue. They just need to stop lying about the work they did/do to a vehicle. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

We asked for a specific truck at a certain price. They shopped the auctions for us. We love our truck, and the great personal service, and follow up.

Never had so much trouble with a vehicle. Expect more honesty from a dealership

After pestering them for months about sending the title in the mail since i live a state away and work everyday except for the day that they are closed, they STILL havent sent the title in the mail. from what others are saying its like they dont care anymore. I have to take off a days work to go get the title and pay a FINE for not changing it in time.

BEWARE 40 days no titlle! Over 6 calls to the owner with no return call. After going to the state used motor vihicle commission with my complaint I soon found out that there's a penalty for not getting the titles changed in time. The daughter sold me the car on the corner of 1088 & hwy 59 in Mandeville, so again beware, you think you are buying a car from an individual and you end up at the dealership in lacombe. Poor post sale customer service!

Car salesman/'mechanic' sold me a car and said it was in good shape except for a CV axle (he called it a UV axle) which would be fine, ive replaced those before. he said wasn't going to blow smoke up my *** (yeah right, i know car salesman talk but at least tell me if something is irreversible and/or life threatening) and yet after purchasing the vehicle and under closer inspection it wasn't the CV axle but the front differential (its an AWD). he said he replaced the struts when he did im assuming he ripped the axles straight from the transmission because he couldn't do something as simple as feeding the brake lines through the calipers. When signing the title over they said that the guy who handles such things is at an auction and wont be back til later. well i live fairly far and i had to get home to my child so they said i would receive the title in the mail but i have yet to see that either.
