Love the specials offered for newcomers. All the classes I've been to have been challenging but so good and left me feeling amazing. I love the 75 minute Saturday morning class with Chris. All the others instructors I've had classes with are also amazing, especially Ang!

I enjoyed doing yoga at the space soo much. Quite relaxing, and the environment for yoga was perfect as well in my opinion! Teacher was also wonderful!

I have been attending Slow Flow with Jeanne Marie on Tuesdays. It is, hands down, the best thing I do for my self care.I leave refreshed, quietly energized, shoulders back, heart open, and joyful. Thanks for a wonderful experience each and every week.
We want to be synonymous with yoga, in whatever that means to you as a practitioner. We offer heated power yoga as well as warm and non heated yin and restorative yoga. Our most recent workshops have been focused on meditation and sound healing.
