I went today 8/11/24 to pick up an order (I’m an Uber driver) FIRST time doing an order here.
I walked in it was NICE & SOOOO BEAUTIFUL 😊First time ever in this store. I was amazed at how nice ,clean & beautiful it was.
So I asked an employee where do I go for a pick up order. She said to the red wall. She was so kind & sweet.
I go to the red wall. I see another lady her name is TRACY asked her who do I need to ask so I could get the order.
She said “depends on what it says like witch department”
I replied with Drive & go. So I was in the right place.
She was putting orders into some little baskets. She being TRACY RUDELY SAID “YOU WILL HAVE TO GIVE ME A MINUTE”
I was shocked because I never implied I was inpatient or anything. I seen she was putting things into the little baskets. So I was WAITING LIKE I SHOULD. BECAUSE I ONE THING IS I NEVER EXCEPT SOMEONE TO DROP WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO HELP ME.
After she was done she RUDELY ASKED “DID YOU CHECK IN”
I said Yes I did. It does it automatically.
Tracy’s response was again RUDE “WELL IF YOU ARRIVE AND DONT COME WITHIN 5 minutes the. ….i cancel it.
Y’all I was SHOCKED ABOUT HOW SHE WAS RESPONDING.
I ASKED FOR HER NAME & went to customer service. Customer service was closed. So I left.
But I’m still in shocked.
It is NOT not okay to be rude.
Tracy I hope you have a better day and treat the other customers better.
