“We purchased a freezer in September 2025 from C&C Appliances in Lake Charles and it stopped working the week before Thanksgiving. Service person came out and said he would order part. Came two weeks later with the part and said it was fixed. It was not and I called to let them know that afternoon and they said give it overnight to cool. High temp alarm constantly went off and no cooling. Called C&C that day and was told they had to order another part. Here we are another 2 weeks later and nothing. Called them again today and she could not give me an ETA on the part. In the meantime our frozen goods are being housed in 4 different freezers at my neighbors’ and my son. I am beyond frustrated at this point. I asked to return it for a new one and was told that can only happen in the first 7 days after purchase. I also purchased the extended 5 year warranty. My next recourse is to speak to the owner or manager.
Kristy, the service manager called me today and apologized for the problems that we were having. Unfortunately these things happen is what she said and she wanted to make it right for us. After speaking with someone on her end, they will replace my freezer as they have one in stock. It will be delivered tomorrow. She went above and beyond and was very nice and professional. Thank you Kristy. I appreciate your help.”

“Since moving to their new location on Prien lake they have an entirely new staff . New manager is great ,professional and really went out of her way to help me get the bed I wanted ....she drove to texas to pivk it up because she couldn't get it shipped!! Mrs Lisa was amazing that day and every time I call in she asks how I am . Just a really genuinely sweet girl.”
