I initially went to the store just for a copy of my bill and eventually asked the sales representative Lulu if they had two particular iPads in store and she indicated that they where she told me about them and how great it was to have one so I left out the store with a brand new iPad thanks to my sales representative Lulu

I’ve been having an issue with AT&T billing for three months. I was calling and talking to someone and they never could get my issue solved. Went into the store, and the associate took care of all of my issues within 15 minutes

I had a great experience at the AT&T store on Prien Lake Road in Lake Charles on 12/4/23. My Sales representative was absolutely awesome. His name is Corey Robinson. He went above and beyond to assisting the switchover to a new IPHONE 15. He is very knowledgeable in the (tech world). I just wanted to give a shout out to this guy. Thanks...What a pleasure doing business with this young man..I highly recommend asking for him.

We had a serious problem and our whole account had to be reworked. Yolanda and Aaron were so professional and so knowledgeable. Yolanda really put us at ease because we were so nervous. Aaron took care of part of the problem also . I cannot speak highly enough of the care, concern, and calmness with which they helped us. They gave first class customer service. The Prien Lake Store is blessed to have them. I think they both need a raise

The sales associate met me at the door. I had no wait time. She easily handled my initial query and then proceeded to reduce my bill despite up grades on my phones. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant! The best experience I have had!
