“I walked in 25 min after closing time and asked to rent a dolly. It was Saturday. I told the girl working there I lived around the corner and wouldn't need it long. An hour max. Instead of trying to rent it to me, she just copied my ID and told me to return it on Monday morning when they opened.
No charge!
I just thought that was so nice to do. Staying late after closing time to help a customer for free is above and beyond. It's the time of personal touch I'd expect with a local owned family business. I can see why they have such high ratings!
