Nobody can beat their pricing which would lead you to believe that maybe they slack off a bit in their customer service/experience, right? Wrong, that could not be further from the truth and Mark Dodge has earned a lifelong customer even with them being out of state. Anthony is awesome and provided excellent and timely updates throughout the build process of my custom ordered vehicle. Reggie is top notch and not only helped coordinate the “day of” details for picking up the truck, but went above and beyond to ensure that I knew about the extra features of the truck while also taking the time to get to know me some and checked in to make sure I made it back home safe after driving it back on a long road trip. Kyle in finance made the extra effort to make sure I was taken care of while not being pushy about extra items and took the time out of his busy day as well to connect, talk through everything, and make me feel at ease with the entire process while getting an amazing rate that even beat my home credit union. This is exactly how car buying should be and I’ll forever be grateful that I stumbled upon this dealer for my new car. Everyone I interacted with was nice, friendly, welcoming, and even though they are moving hundreds of cars per month, they take the time to have real conversation with you while making you feel like a priority. She was very helpful. Anthony quoted a price for the work and that is exactly what we paid. His price was tax included which is what I prefer.

“We hit something on I-10 that destroyed the tire. We were able to make it to Advantage on the tire. They did not have the tire we needed but after calling to make sure another tire store had the right tire, they gave us directions and put enough air in the tire to get us to that location. They were so nice and refused to take any payment for their help. Certainly highly recommend this establishment.”
