“I went here with family members who had business to attend to. We were greeted when we entered and offered water and coffee.My family members didn't know they needed to sign in to see someone in an office (rather than a teller at the counter). We sat in the lobby for quite a while before family member asked and got on the list. Then we had to wait some more. (One lady in an office was with a member. I don't know what she was doing, but it took a long time.)Finally another lady came out of a different office and said she could help my family members. Things went pretty quick after that.I utilized their restroom. It was very clean.Workers are very nice here.”

“It's always nice and clean. For the most part, most of the tellers are always kind. Mrs. Theresa and Mrs. Shelly are such a sweetheart. Mr. Joseph from the first day my husband and I have walked in the door have been beyond rude and disrespectful and every time we go inside it's the same thing. March the 16th 2021 Joseph interactions with me was so unprofessional I went later in the day to take every cent out of that bank but because of Mrs. Shelly kindness and helping us with the closures we chose to close just 3. Because it's not the banks fault that Joseph is so rude and unprofessional we've decided to just bank at the Sulphur Branch from now on.”

“Hancock Whitney is a great bank and they have outstanding employees. They are always willing to meet your needs. I feel like family with them. I joined them in June 1993 when my husband and I were married because that is where he was banking. I can call them and get things done over the phone without going in person. Yes management may have changed over the years but their spirit of helping there customers has not. My daughter is an adult and she now banks with them too. They deserve 5 stars and they are my favorite bank.”

“My family member had to take care of some business with a company in this building. He wasn't sure where to go, so I went into Chase bank to ask where to find the company we needed. There was on teller line open and another woman sitting at a teller slot behind a sign saying the lane was closed. Finally a third woman came out of the back. She pointed me to a directory near the elevator.”

“This location is one of my favorite places to go. The staff are so friendly. There's almost always some kind of yummy treat for my son while he plays in the children's area. Rick Eisner is one of the nicest and caring men I've ever worked with. He even called in later to update me with my account I opened.”
