“My experience with this branch and bank was delightful. I went to open a checking account (with a toddler with me) and I left satisfied with the service. My regret is not getting the name of the banker I dealt with (to recognize and commend his work). He was very helpful and informative and he did not let me feel uncomfortable with my crying and whining child beside me. He’s given me useful information and waited for me to make up my mind (without any hint of irritation) with the choices presented.
