This vet clinic is amazing! I called in a panic because my daughter’s parakeet was acting strange and they saw me immediately without an appointment and helped nurse our bird back to health. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Today our bird is doing so much better. My daughter is very happy.Thank you again to the entire staff! Highly recommend this vet clinic.

I just moved to the area and had my first visit today with Dr. Ford and am very excited to have him care for my babies! Staff was very kind as well as Dr. Ford who you can tell genuinely cares.

Do not try to make an appointment here. If your pet is not already a patient here. The lady who answered the phone was really rude, and real quick to tell me “we are not taking new patients.” I guess they are the “selective patient” animal clinic in Lake Charles.

They could at least mention this on their website. Don’t call here to make an appointment if your pet is not an established patient. They are not accepting any new patients.

Dr Terry Ford is the best. He is very thorough and compassionate. He loves the animals and takes his time evaluating your furbabies. My granddogs also love Dr Ford.

The best vet! So knowledgeable and caring. Treated my pitbull for an allergic reaction and also provided affordable surgery for a growth removal. A really incredible experience. The doctor took the time to explain everything and make me feel at ease. You can tell he really cares about animals. I am beyond impressed. Very thankful!
