I booked my appointment back in October. I called several weeks ahead to find out how long hair and makeup would take since I had a tight window for a company holiday party. They assured me I would not be rushed.
I arrived on time for my Dec 16th appointment. After waiting 20 mins a customer walked in and was taken ahead of me for a blow dry. My stylist started my makeup finally at 2:47pm for my 2pm appointment and didn't even put mascara or eyeliner on. Finally at 330 she was done and I had to take my hair style down as I left since it looked so juvenile.
I called after i left to speak to the manager and apparently the stylist I saw was the manager. She mentioned she could not issue a refund. I asked to have the owner call me so i could share my experience and still no call yet.
Posting this for the owner to see and respond regarding my experience.

My goodness where to start?! So the decor is beautiful when you walk in and you just can’t help but to feel happy. I got a blowout done by Bailee and she’s nothing short of amazing!! Do yourself a favor and opt for the extended massage. It’s life changing!!! Trust me just BOOK THE APPOINTMENT!!Service: Blowouts

I have had lash extensions since the summer. I have been traveling a lot so I've had my lashes done at various lash studios from Houston to Los Angeles. Finally I decided to find a place to do my lashes in my hometown, Lake Charles. I made a lash refill appt online only to be called an hour and a half before my appt stating I needed a 30 min consultation first. They refused to make this consultation appt before my lash refill appt and insisted that they be done on 2 different days! I have a job, and this is SO INCONVENIENT I just told them forget it. I didn't mind paying extra or even doing the consultation (although I can't for the life of me understand what they need to talk to me for 30 min about), it was the fact that they refused to make it easy for me. I am driving to Lafayette to get my lashes done now. They lost a potential REGULAR twice a month customer!

Not happy with my experience. Wanted full eyelash extensions set. Lash Tech Alex suggested using different lashes and style bc my eyelashes were long. I thought Ok I guess. The table I had to lay on was very uncomfortable, like no cushioning whatsoever….so wasn’t a good start.The lashes themselves came out too long and heavy at the ends, To where it was drooping and closing off my eyes making them look smaller….I said I wanted cat eye style but this was not flattering formy eyes…I thought whatever I’ll deal with it, maybe I can get it fixed in a couple weeks….Fast forward not even 24 hours, most of my lashes have fallen out, and I’m familiar with post extension care (from previous services from other places). This has never happened to me before.I called Blush asking for a refund since they’re weren’t holding up as expected. They asked if I’d like to have them fixed instead but I refused, also I didn’t want to lay on that dreaded table again.Please understand I paid $150! I was expecting a decent set. It’s like they were hardly glued on. Not sure what happened. Just disappointed.Blush agreed to refund me 50%. Wish it was at least a 75% refund for these circumstances. So in the end, I’m dissatisfied with their business and I won’t be recommending this place for eyelashes. The place was friendly and cute, but that’s about it for me.
