On the first weekend of July 2024, I was visiting from out of state to attend a family reunion. I was not familiar with the area and was pulled over and harassed by a cop who obviously had nothing better to do. After invoking my right to remain silent, the cop arrested me, towed my truck, and took me to jail without any evidence of any of his accusations.(Lawsuit pending)
The company that he called to tow my truck was Briley's. From jail, I was able to make a call to my wife and family to let them know what was going on. My wife found the truck and called. The lady that answered stated that they were closed on Saturday, so we couldn't pick up our truck, even though they had just towed it a few hours earlier. My wife pleaded with her and offered to pay in full whatever it would cost to release the truck since I was from out of state. The lady finally agreed and accepted the payment. My family communicated with the jail, and I was released immediately due to the illegal arrest. I reached out to Briley's to retrieve my truck and was told to be there in 15 minutes to meet the tow truck driver and retrieve my vehicle. I arrived and waited 45 minutes. I called back and the lady said that he was about to pull up. I waited another 30 minutes and called back several times. She stopped answering my calls. I called from another number and she answered, proving my assumption that she was avoiding my calls. She was very rude, condescending, and told me that it was my fault that my truck got towed so I would just have to wait, even though she had no idea what had happened. The guy showed up eventually. He was also very rude and trying to speak to me as if he had some kind of authority over me. I realized that they were looking for a reason to deny me access to my truck and keep it for more days, so I refrained from falling for their bait. I would never do business with these people. They are bullies, and are looking to take advantage of people. They are predators! Stay away!

Trystan came and towed my car within 30 minutes. He made everything so easy and was the nicest guy! Trystan is the MVP and deserves a raise!! Highly recommend.

I cannot even express how pleased I am with this place and the experience I had!
I took my vehicle to Briley's for repairs after an accident and they handled everything with the insurance including fussing with the insurance to ensure the repairs we up to Toyotas certification standards.
Honestly, the only complaint I have is that the side of my vehicle they worked on looks BRAND New and the rest of it doesn't!!
I will be referring everyone I can to them and taking my vehicle back on the future if necessary!!

While traveling back home from Thanksgiving holiday, our transmission went out in our vehicle. We were stranded at a gas station and it looked bleak until Briley’s came to save the day. They came quickly, were exceptionally polite, and helped us a ton. Jeromie was professional and extremely helpful, and for that, we are incredibly grateful!
