This location has the most disrespectful staff in this city of hospitality! This location is convenient for my family and not to mention my insurance provider only allow me to use CVS pharmacy. I went to this location to have my BP meds filled and the rep who was at the drive thru window told me my meds would not be ready until tomorrow. Not to mention this was at 3pm. I began to ask the clerk a question and she slammed the phone down and rolled her eyes. Not only that her side kick comes to the window just to roll her eyes with what you call an intimidating look. After finally answering the question the pharmacist then tell the clerk my meds will be ready by 6pm. I politely took my script to another pharmacy and now I will have to pay out of pocket. This disturb me on how people are able to act when giving customer service. Something need to be done about this. I remember when customer services was a must here in Lake Charles. Now we just hire anyone and allow them to treat paying customers any way. This is not the first time but I'm speaking up about it now! Is this what it has come to?!

The Pharmacy staff is absolutely incompetent beyond anything I've ever seen! They are disrespectful, disgustingly arrogant, and worthless.

CVS Pharmacy on the corner of Ryan Street and Sallier Street has a drive thru that hasn’t been staffed to open in about 4 months! Then when you go inside the line at the pharmacy is very long. I purchased the CarePass to have my medication mailed to my home address, but that never worked!!! I’m now trying to transfer all my medications to another pharmacy.

Terrible store. Drive through always closed. Staff are rude and unprofessional. Staff need customer service training and the store management needs to change or corporate needs to get their stuff together.

I highly do not recommend that anyone go to this pharmacy expecting a good outcome. I had to wait almost an hour in the drive-thru, as they weren't allowing any pickups inside.Then the prescription was filled incorrectly. I then went inside and asked them to fix their mistake. I was promptly informed by the cashier that I was wrong. After I insisted that she look at the actual prescription, she confirmed their mistake. The pharmacist then treated me as an inconvenience and with a great deal of rudeness when she had to spend a few minutes fixing her error. An apology would have been nice. I understand that mistakes happen, but the customer should not be punished and treated with disrespect as a result of the staff's carelessness. This woman's behavior was completely unacceptable. She should find another profession if she can't competently read and fill a prescription, or at least apologize and fix her errors when she makes them.

had an appointment to get my covid vaccine and no one helped me for over 30 minutes. was there for 15 mins and finally they checked me in and waited even longer until i just left. do not come here for your covid vaccines. they weren't even busy, just acted like i was not there.

I cannot say if it is just this location, but the 1st time I tried their "free, next day" delivery service, it took 3 weeks and approximately 20 phone calls to actually receive my medications, AND, I had to pick them up in person. Delivery service had picked up but could not find my APARTMENT (in a complex of 50 duplexes) so they returned meds to CVS, where they went into an abyss for the next 3 weeks/20 calls. But, I am giving them another chance. I requested delivery before noon on 6/19, delivery service picked up my meds 6/21...will update this review if/when meds are actually in my possession. "Free, next day" obviously does not mean "no charge and in your possession the day after you request delivery".
