Worst staff in the pharmacy industry . They will play on the phone and help the drive thru while you stand inside waiting. Many employees but won’t help. Never have your prescription correct so you get to come back and wait again !

This has to be the worst pharmacy ever! The employees are rude and unprofessional. I tried dropping off a simple prescription on a Monday and was told it would be ready "maybe" by Friday. I filed a complaint online, but I assume nothing happened because I never received a call. After my husband's prescriptions were filled incorrectly, I called their 800 # and filed another complaint. I was giving a complaint # and told the regional manager would be calling me within 48 hours. That was 2 weeks ago and still no call. I see from a Google search this problem is not just local, it's nationwide. I will be changing my pharmacy immediately.

This location has the most disrespectful staff in this city of hospitality! This location is convenient for my family and not to mention my insurance provider only allow me to use CVS pharmacy. I went to this location to have my BP meds filled and the rep who was at the drive thru window told me my meds would not be ready until tomorrow. Not to mention this was at 3pm. I began to ask the clerk a question and she slammed the phone down and rolled her eyes. Not only that her side kick comes to the window just to roll her eyes with what you call an intimidating look. After finally answering the question the pharmacist then tell the clerk my meds will be ready by 6pm. I politely took my script to another pharmacy and now I will have to pay out of pocket. This disturb me on how people are able to act when giving customer service. Something need to be done about this. I remember when customer services was a must here in Lake Charles. Now we just hire anyone and allow them to treat paying customers any way. This is not the first time but I'm speaking up about it now! Is this what it has come to?!

My doctor office called in and left a voicemail for my 4 week old, I went by and this older lady was at the drive through and it seems like she just has bad days by the attitude I was given for asking questions. Anyways I was on the phone with the doctor office while being told they never called or left a voicemail when in fact they did. My doctor called again and left another voicemail and the pharmacy told me she doesn’t know how to deal with a voicemail. I simply don’t see how hard it is to check a voicemail unless she simply didn’t want to do it. Now as I’m waiting no one is answering the phone for the pass two hours since the doctor left the second voicemail. I’ll be going to a new location.

The Pharmacy staff is absolutely incompetent beyond anything I've ever seen! They are disrespectful, disgustingly arrogant, and worthless.

I was discharged after a C section on a Sunday afternoon, so I went to this CVS for the first and last time. My husband dropped off my prescription because the drive thru was closed. They said it would be ready the next day. When we came in the next day, I was told they couldn’t fill it because I was “red flagged” at that location. I explained to her that I had never been there before and just had a c section, but asked for my prescription back. She then questioned me about who dropped it off and I pointed to my husband and said he did because I can’t drive yet. She then went to talk to someone and said well we can fill it if you come back in 30 minutes. So we sat in the parking lot. I came back inside the store and then was told they needed a prior authorization from my insurance. I never told them I had insurance or provided a card. I was then given just one of the medications. The whole thing was extremely bizarre and now I’m pretty sure some employee is enjoying my prescription or something. I’m assuming they judged my husband as a pill shopper by his appearance after being with me in the hospital for 3 days and just kept lying to me when questioned. Very unethical and I’m scared for someone they do this to who truly needs the medication ASAP.

Very rude lady working the pharmacy. Which must be a reflection of how CVS treats their employees. Her and another woman were complaining about their jobs the whole time I was there and did so loud enough that everyone waiting on medicine could hear. Don’t get your medicine filled here.

Rude clerk and unbelievably slow checkout line. Three people in line got fed up and left, myself included.

Worst pharmacy by far don’t go here the workers are so rude and pretentious. I’ve had them not even come up to the counter to look at a prescription they just told me it wouldn’t be ready for a day then proceeded with their covid vaccines don’t work conversation. Ice also been here with my wife who visibly had a broken leg and was in sever pain and they would not fill her prescriptions.

I highly do not recommend that anyone go to this pharmacy expecting a good outcome. I had to wait almost an hour in the drive-thru, as they weren't allowing any pickups inside. Then the prescription was filled incorrectly. I then went inside and asked them to fix their mistake. I was promptly informed by the cashier that I was wrong. After I insisted that she look at the actual prescription, she confirmed their mistake. The pharmacist then treated me as an inconvenience and with a great deal of rudeness when she had to spend a few minutes fixing her error. An apology would have been nice. I understand that mistakes happen, but the customer should not be punished and treated with disrespect as a result of the staff's carelessness. This woman's behavior was completely unacceptable. She should find another profession if she can't competently read and fill a prescription, or at least apologize and fix her errors when she makes them.

Since I read the negative comments about the pharmacy, had to post my positive one. Today my doctor phoned in a prescription for me. When I went by to get it, the drive-thru was packed so I went inside. The pharmacist saw me standing at the counter and asked if she could help me. She looked up my info and saw my script was ready and said to go over to the cashier. I stood there for maybe 1 minute when pharmacist came over and started getting the meds for me and checking me out. Her assistant came and finished. The process, was very pleasant. I have not used this pharmacy before, was very happy with my experience.
