Best place people are very nice. Well worth your time they make sure their work is done properly correctly and everything by manufacturer specifications and cheaper than the dealership and they warranty their work out love their service.

The one on Lake Street is the only one I go to the energy is better. They’re good people they treat you good never have to be talked down to because we don’t know exactly what’s wrong with our vehicle. They explained to us very clearly it needs to be done and fixed sooner than later. It’s more important to do first other than that if I can give them more than five stars I could and I would.

I recently brought my truck in to have the coils replaced on the spark plugs. About 15 minutes after driving away, the check engine light came back on. Thinking there might be another issue, I returned to the shop. At first, they suspected it could be the fuel pump, so I left my truck with them again fully expecting I might have to spend more money.
But once they took another look, they discovered the coils hadn’t been tightened all the way. They quickly corrected the mistake, apologized, and had me back on the road in no time. What impressed me most was their honesty—because they easily could have told me it was the fuel pump and charged me for an expensive repair I didn’t need, and I would have never known the difference.
Instead, they owned the mistake, fixed it right away, and treated me with integrity. That shows they truly care about their customers, not just making an extra dollar. Mistakes happen—we’re all human—but the way they handled it has earned my trust.
They’ve gained a lifelong customer, and if you’re looking for an honest and genuine mechanic shop that puts customers first, this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed!

What a great experience!! I live 2 hours away from Lake Charles but was heading there for the weekend. I had a slow leak and decided to go in for them to look at it. On my way there I hit a concrete curb pulling out of the parking lot and the tire started to leak quickly. I pulled up and the tire was completely flat. They didn’t have a tire in stock but they found one in Lafayette. I’m assuming it was the manager who overheard the conversation and steeped it to help. She was off of work but seen the bind I was in. She drove all the way to the store in Lafayette to pick up the tire for my car. It took her about 3 1/2 - 4 hours to make the round trip to get the tire for me. I had purchased the warranty on my tires when I bought them at the Kenner, La location. She honored my warranty and only charged for the mount and balance of the new tire. The tire would have cost me $600 plus the mount and balance if I would’ve not had the warranty.
What a great experience that I was totally not expecting!! Now that’s what I call service over and beyond!!!!
