I've always loved the Dollar Tree stores for the cheap prices on cheaply made items. I even started working at one all through covid. After I quit, they bought out Family Dollar and Dollar General. That's when the prices changed from $1. I still shop there sometimes, but I don't buy as much or as often. It was my go-to place for everything. anymore. They're charging more now for what used to be $1.

Psa the bathroom is out of order and you'll ruin some of the employees day by even asking. The two women in there were awful. Just be warned. 3/12/2025

Long line, store not organized, prices are not the great anymore, batteries for $5 and not great quality when you can buy it from somewhere else for much less.

About what you'd expect. There was not a big selection of frozen goods when I went. A lot of things were out of stock, but staff were nice.

Stepping into the Dollar Tree in Lake Charles is like entering a treasure trove brimming with possibilities. Aisles are moderately clean and neatly organized, showcasing an abundance of budget-friendly wonders. The shelves are always well-stocked, offering a delightful assortment of goods, from colorful party supplies to essential household items. The true gem, however, is the staff—extremely helpful and always ready with a smile, transforming every visit into a warm and welcoming experience.

The Sales Associate Miss Ponya was most remembered remarkably for her Gold Collar professionalism of interpersonal skills and rapid platinum equality quality Good Samaritan with Humanity Friendliness Customer Service ingenuity. Lady Ponya noticed the long stretched customer service cashier service line waiting restlessly for another cashier booth to open up as she was filling up various RED HEART FOIL 18" Ballons with Helium for other customers and had quickly and kindly announced for any various amounts of customers to go ahead and go to cashier 3 for service that she's coming over quickly soon to serve all in a few minutes, and done just that quickly and rapidly. All customers surrounding me and including me was happily shocked with great appreciation for Ms Ponya's caring announcement & actions of follow-up. Thank you again Ponya and Dollar Tree's management for having hired a talented Sales Associate with priceless precious Gold Collar priority quality experiences. Zesty Valentines! -?SerGolden????

It's ok. But now it needs more employees and STOCKERS. I guess due to a worker-Shortage? The stores supply is now very reduced, in many areas. And few workers are in the store. :-( it needs more ice_cream, and more TAMALES. <--- Those sell out, FAST.
