Horrible customer service, I asked for a refund on a few things I needed to return, I understand if policy “ probably ” change or the manger just made that lie, I asked the supposedly manger why if I have received refunds in the past and the answer was “ that’s how we operate “ that’s the type of people they hire??! and not just that but promote to manger!! No wonder why this place is going down the drain. Hire people that will actually do the job. The manager is an embarrassment .

Employees are nice. Well, most of them. But, the store looks like it was hit by a hurricane! It’s always so filthy! Shelves are ransacked. Empty boxes all over the place. I drive all the way to Lafayette to go to their dollar tree. It is really nice inside and you can find things easily.

Fun as always but so many barw srea and very unorganized things scattered everywhere but good news is the manager that was there is no longer there she's so rude to her employees and her customers but the assistant manager is still there who believes that employees should put their job in front of their special needs children and I heard her say that quote that but at least the manager is not there but a lot of things bear going over and asked lots of things that should be on the shelves but are still in boxes all over the place

Absolutely terrible service. First I was told I can't exchange because I didn't go to the original store so then I go to the store that I bought the items for. Which was this store and tried to exchange but now they can't because it's seasonal. This is ridiculous. I have the original receipt and it's only been two days since I bought the items. Now I have ten cups that I'm not going to use ever. I'm all for rules but put it on your website and receipt because nowhere does that say that. The receipt says can be exchange with receipt.

I would give them a -10+ review if possible. I just left there extremely upset. I have been there a few times; yet the ONLY reason that I can figure that I have been there even a few times is because it is so close to where I live. The store, EVERY time, is Filthy, Disgusting, and and almost impossible to walk around in, because of all of the product, and trash scatted ALL OVER the floors, and shelfs. But I WON'T be back. The cashier would rather face time her friend then to pay attention the customers. She was rude disrespectful, and actually had the nerve "to talk back to me" when I asked her to pay attention to me, the paying customer, then to her friend on the phone. She actually had the nerve to say, "we're not talking (her & I), I don't get paid that much, and something along the lines of, " I thought I was talking to my grandma for a minute". The manager wasn't any better, she just stood there...
