Everyone was so helpful, caring and informative. They contacted me several times to keep me updated on the repair of my vehicle. Christian, Jordan and even the owner, Dom made a point to explain the process and answer all questions without hesitation!
I will be recommending them to anyone that needs any type of bodywork on their vehicle.
They care about their Customers and it shows!

These are great and so professional. They should be called the last Dom. These fellas are the truth within Lake Charles. The Dom gives a classy yet sophisticated feel yet a safe environment to secure your vehicle. They took care of my vehicle and walked me through each step to make sure that I was satisfied as the customer. He never forgets a face and once you try them then you set for life. We have now had 3 different vehicles worked on at Dom's and we have been so pleased with the experience. Their ability to get our vehicles like new again, as well as their above and beyond customer service, is what keeps us coming back. Hopefully we don't have to end up there again with a wrecked vehicle again, but if we ever do need it, we know where we will going. They have earned a customer for life in us.

I had a great experience at Dom's. I had my car repaired after an accident. They were professional and easy to work with. They kept me informed of progress through out the repair and the car looks great now that it's done. I would absolutely use them again.

When I got in a wreck I brought my car to Dom’s Paint and Body shop and was so glad I did He was very professional he took good care of my car. It took him no time at all to get it on the road again. I believe if you get in a wreck Dom is the best person out there to fix the damage. I want to personally thank him for all he done for me.

My vehicle was backed into on a monday. I brought it in the same day with the intent to have it fixed within a week as i had a holiday trip to attend. All parts were ordered same day and came in within 2 days. I was kept updated as the work was done ro my vehicle. I picked up my vehicle 7 days later and the owner spoke with me personally about my vehicle. I couldnt have asked for this situation to go any smother. I will continue to bring Dom's paint and body my business.
