If you rent cars often you are probably familiar with this scenario. My company made a reservation for a car, i was dropped off at the airport by a cab. I arrive at the counter with reservation in hand. The man behind the counter says "we don't have any cars". Clearly lying because the parking lot has at least 20 in the Enterprize area. When asked about this the man said "we need them for incoming flights". Then why was my company able to make a reservation?

I am sorry to say this but tring to rent a car at this location, I was treated with the worst act of racism that I have had the displeasure to witness in the last 50 years of my life. The emoyees at this location treated me as if I were beneath their feet. I reserved a car 3 days in advance. When I showed up to pick up the car and they made me sit there for three hours while the rented cars to several other people then told me they had no car for me to rent. At this point I was forced to walk all of the way from the airport in Lake Charles, LA to Moss Bluff Louisiana where a friend of mine gave me a place to sleep for the night. The following day I went to another rental location in Lake Charles, LA where I was treated worst then Rosa Parks. They told me the only vehicle that was exceptable for me to rent was a sm. Rl versa with paint missing all over the front of the car. How was your last one to leave the office and they offered meA rental carFor a $600 + $300 deposit when my rental was 157I did andAnd I went outtside and they lock the door

It's a shame that you pay insurance for a rental and Enterprise don't have nothing. Usaa you need to get with a rental business that has cars. We should nit be paying for rental insurance if you don't have one to provide us.

The rental car places in Lake Charles suck! I dealt with hertz not having cars or calling before I got there. Now I tried enterprise and they call and dont open until 11am the day I need my car. The guy said they will switch it to another enterprise in the area. So I told my husband after dealing with hertz he needs to call today to be sure. What do you know the guy never switched our stuff to the other enterprise and I had plans where I need to leave early in the morning. It’s best to go out of town and rent a car if you can!

Make your reservation asap, and when you cant get staff's name before you ingage in conversation there before returning said rental.it would have saved me time and them money,

The product here is unbelievably bad. The car they gave me smells so badly of cigarette smoke that it nauseates me to drive it, and that’s after I fabreezed the carpets. Forget about calling them to try to rectify the situation because they won’t answer the phone and their business hours are worse than a bank. It’s ridiculous. Enterprise touts their cleanliness in the Covid environment but apparently these guys didn’t get the memo. There is a film over the glass and dust everywhere. If it’s so clean, why are there still fingerprints all over the touchscreen? I would look elsewhere for your car rental needs...

Horrible. I really wish I could rent for another place. Currently uses this business for work purposes.Its useless making a reservation because you have to wait 2 hours for a rental. This company always have several cars in the parking lot but none of them are ready when you go to pick them up. Customers are always waiting for a vehicle to be cleaned. The lines are always long and the the staff rarely communicate or see about the customer

This occasion for a vehicle rental from Enterprise was a miserable task at best. The location was at the airport and the software in the computer did not allow me to enter the account number. The agent repeatedly requested a credit card, where the State of Louisiana has an account to which to charge regularly our rental vehicles. Pick up time was delayed because 2 vehicles were not ready to be released or dispersed. All this to say, the pick up time was delayed. I ended up having to secure the car with my personal credit card. And upon returning the vehicle, my card was still on file while my office already informed me that they had communicated with the national office and switched the billing information. It was a fairly poor experience, which is unusual for Enterprise. I hope the next time will go more smoothly.

Wish I could post the pictures of how dirty the vehicle was inside. It was so filthy. Wouldn't usually care, but with what is going on right now. Smh. You are playing with people's lives! Enterprise asked me to contact after review. Contacted twice and no response.

The people at Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Lake Charles Regional Airport are very friendly and professional. Every time I rent a car from them I'm treated great and always receive a clean car that is a joy to drive.You couldn't ask for a better experience.
