Package was supposed to be delivered on 8/30. Driver pulled up to my home and pulled off. Still waiting on Package. Tracking said on truck for delivery but still no package.

I have been lied to so many times by FedEx in the past seven days and I tired of it and the driver is new and won't deliver my package he said address is not correct but why can UPS find it and he can't so FedEx needs to get a handle on their shit and drivers and they won't put u on with a supervisor at all tired of all the bull they will never get my service again hope everyone else drops them as a delivery service also go with UPS FedEx also deliver the wrong packages to you also they don't look at names on the box had that happen to me at a different address a couple of years ago

Paid for overnight shipping,
Made no attempt to deliver item, called office and they assured me that it would be delivered, just zero communication.
Told me later to come back at 1pm, but they closed at 12…

Was sent a sensitive time order and when being delivered was told multiple times of different delivery times and in the end it was not delivered cause they said it was the wrong address. I have had other things delivered by FedEx and they ALWAYS arrive. You need to update your Google maps and or gps. Otherwise you need customers phone numbers to contact in case of nondelivery......

For once they deliver on time what the time said but when they got to my door they knocked but didn't even wait longer than 5 seconds for me to answer the door and my package required a signature, left before I could answer the door.

Service was a little slow, but I was there right when they opened. Very friendly staff. Package arrived a day early with the cheapest shipping option.

Package not delivered. Office rude.
I called left on hold 30min. Had to call customer service main # for help finding Package. this was not the 1st time i have lived in the same place almost 50 yrs they have delivered here every time. it is the same ridiculous delay

I just received a message stating that they could not find my address to deliver my packages. Now..I'm actually 21 minutes from the pick up FedEx location where they advised me to come in and claim my package or else they will not resend the packages to me or the sender, but instead will DESTROY it.. REALLY...So I guess that who ever was supposed to deliver it in the first place didn't have a cell phone ..like everyone else in the world does..where they could have simply map quested my address and it would have directed to my front door. I order a lot online.. from Walmart..Amazon ..Instacart and have never had any issues getting my orders delivered. I work 14 hours days and I drive and hour to and from work daily. I don't have the time to go and pick up packages that should have been brought to my door. I AM SO PISSED OFF ABOUT THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE AND I HOPE THAT THIS REVIEW WILL IMPACT THE WAY THAT THIS FACILITY CONDUCTS ITS SHIPPING POLICY !... YOU SHOULD AT LEAST ATTEMPT TO TRY AND DELIVER AN ITEM TO CUSTOMERS..THAT'S YOUR JOB ...RIGHT?? !!

Absolutely the worst!!! The woman that waited on us was so rude and cursing out customers! She had an attitude with us the entire time! We absolutely hate FedEx! They are the worst company and even when you call for help they never help but are quick to charge you extra to actually get your packages!!!
Every time we have something that is delivered by them it requires a signature to deliver, we both work during the day and cannot take off to stay home!!! We never have any problems with any other carriers but FedEx!!!
