Extremely rude young guy working at the counter. Medium brown messy hair, about 5’10, gold chain. When asked a simple question about holding a package while their system was down since it was prepaid, he rudely said “no I’m not doing that.”
There was no explanation, apology, or sympathy for someone clearly under the weather who had the unfortunate luck of being asked to drop a package off for work for someone who isn’t even in town anymore. FedEx was paid to take possession of it and get it to its destination, but they don’t care to try and process it. When I asked for my items back he continued with his attitude and said, “oh you want it back now? You know I tried to take care of everything for you.”
1) you told me I had no choice but to take the package back. 2) you didn’t try at all.
Find workers who aren’t lazy and rude, and hold people like this accountable since this location clearly has a history of these problems.

As soon as I arrived to the store, Mae greeted me, answered all the questions I had, and gave me instructions on what I needed to do next. Had to return to the store to finish the whole process I was dealing with, Mae gave me her full attention and walked me thru every step needed to take to ensure everything was correct and that shipment was good to go! Mae is a great team player and would definitely recommend asking for her if you want or need any kind of help. THANKS MAE!!!!

Slim is best FedEx driver. He deserves a raise. He goes above and beyond. And he's very kind. He puts in more than 100% in every day. I'm happy receiving packages from someone I trust.

Fed Ex is the worst delivery service , they will drop your packages off at any house instead of where it goes and if you call customer services you get to speak to a person that can't speak good English. Then when you ask to speak to a supervisor they refuse to give you one. If you want your packages delivered to the correct address then STOP USING FED EX . They do not hire responsible drivers. They can care less if you get your packages. If I could have put NO STARS I would have. !!!

Jada is amazing! She’s always SO quick and effective. She takes care of multiple people at once and is always friendly! I have to bring packages in often and she makes it a breeze.

Love the fedex store and so glad they opened back up as the ups store irritates me! Fedex offers great service and the employee Crow remembers us each time we come in! He offers great customer service and appreciation towards customers. He is knowledgeable and efficient. Fedex definitely has a great service and variety of services at this location, would gladly pay the prices for good service like fedex offers us. Ups and usps suck and are getting worse due to Amazon and their polarized political ideologies. Will use fedex for all shipping printing faxing and office needs going forward!
