Just like any other store it's not just five and below there are $20 items $25 items and so forth some of the prices when you scan do not match the prices on the shelf.. some of the items did not have prices at all therefore just be careful when you're scanning yourself out because it is self-checkout..

The store was a wreck, and it was wild in there, but that is to be expected in Lake Charles I suppose. The lady that checked me out at the self checking was friendly, though. The time I went before they were all extremely rude and pitching a fit over some lady that was trying to use self checking that didn't know they were supposed to ring up her stuff for her, all the while I watched a man run out the store with a whole buggy of stuff he didn't pay for.

What's the point of self check out if you can't self check out? Maybe if you had both self check out and a normal cashier the line wouldn't build up and people could finish shopping quicker. The only thing I like about this store is finding the cute figurines to add to my collection or give to my kids.

The lady working today on 6/20/24 at noon. no reason to be rude to 2 teenagers that accidentally bought the wrong poster and came back later to return it!!! And then making a scene to the person who got in line behind them and apologizing that they had to wait. Ma’am grow up!
we won’t be giving our business back to this place for this exact reason. So five below can thank you! Maybe you’re having a bad day, I hope it gets better, God bless you

I've only been once but it was a great experience. Tons of things I didn't expect to find there. Almost overwhelming how much they have. Be careful, it adds up quick in here
