They have neat knick-knacks, bedroom decor (stools, rugs, mirrors, jewelry boxes, organizers, etc.), blind boxes, pet supplies, gift ideas. I rate it only 4 stars, not intending discouraging you to go, for three reasons: ¹. the name does not fit because from what I saw prices ranged $1-25. 2. the store was unorganized, perhaps due to staff/ customer ratio. 3. whereas you'd think prices were low, it's about half & half. A set of night clothes that caught my eye (a very small tank&shorts) priced separately but clearly a set, totaled at $18, plus tax looking at 20. Perhaps needless to say, I removed it in checkout. Maybe someone else thinks that's fairly priced, I think thats a bit pricey for Five Below.

Just like any other store it's not just five and below there are $20 items $25 items and so forth some of the prices when you scan do not match the prices on the shelf.. some of the items did not have prices at all therefore just be careful when you're scanning yourself out because it is self-checkout..

The store was a wreck, and it was wild in there, but that is to be expected in Lake Charles I suppose. The lady that checked me out at the self checking was friendly, though. The time I went before they were all extremely rude and pitching a fit over some lady that was trying to use self checking that didn't know they were supposed to ring up her stuff for her, all the while I watched a man run out the store with a whole buggy of stuff he didn't pay for.

What's the point of self check out if you can't self check out? Maybe if you had both self check out and a normal cashier the line wouldn't build up and people could finish shopping quicker. The only thing I like about this store is finding the cute figurines to add to my collection or give to my kids.
