“I can’t say enough positive things about Howell Furniture! More specifically the store manager Maria. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our experience wonderful. We had some “less than positive experiences” with the warranty department for a minor repair we needed on our recliner. We expressed our concern to Maria and she took our concerns and addressed them and didn’t just brush us off by telling us what we wanted to hear. I would definitely recommend Howell to anyone!!”

“I just moved back to Louisiana from Texas. Jeff has the best deals. The store is full if deals,steals and bargains. He helped me with a sectional sofa with a chaise long with a 5 piece dinette on top of a king size bed with headboard and the new style frame. (No box springs needed). All were within my budget. Everyone should stop by and check out the store. They have online options too. Check it out!!”

“- Instead of comparing the two, (we had several bad experiences at another local pool supply store) I'm just going to say that Sabine fixed the algae and identified other issues and took care of them quick.- There were a couple young ladies in there and I was quite impressed at how knowledgeable they were. I saw three employees interacting with each other professionally. It's nice to see employees watching their coworkers backs.- I now see why my mom was loyal to the Sabine in Lafayette. We really like the Sabine in Lake Charles and will continue to give them our business.”

“David was extremely helpful in advice about buying bar stools. We appreciated that he showed us them, told us about them but then gave us time to talk it over and decide. None of the typical hovering over people’s backs. When we checked out the staff was very pleasant and as we are new to the area, they gave us a ton of advice where to eat and what to see! The most pleasant furniture shopping experience I’ve had. Also forgot to mention the prices were very affordable. High quality items without paying a fortune. I would recommend them to anyone! If we need any furniture it will be our first stop.”

Accidentally, the cashier rung up a higher priced item multiple times instead of the storage containers.I was prepared for it to be a difficult return since I only had one of the higher priced item in my cart that had been rung up three times.The salesclerk doing the return was polite, courteous, made good eye contact, and actively listened to what I had to say. He actually understood the confusing situation.It was a hassle-free experience. He was very sincere in making sure my account was credited back fully for the overcharged items. He also took time to explain how the Target app kept record of all my transactions with the store for future reference.Great experience!”
