“Shawn and Linda at the cricket store on 171 in Moss, Bluff, Louisiana. Help me set up a iPhone 11 Pro Max with the eSIM card because he was showing it was off-line.. I went to the lake, Charles office and two gentlemen that were just hired could not, and didn’t even try to help me. They said they didn’t know anything about iPhones and I called the Sulfur office and they were rude. But these two ladies had this store in Moss Bluff on 171. Help me so much I believe that they need a raise and that building is hot in dryer and they were still working and doing their job. I really appreciate these ladies.”

Accidentally, the cashier rung up a higher priced item multiple times instead of the storage containers.I was prepared for it to be a difficult return since I only had one of the higher priced item in my cart that had been rung up three times.The salesclerk doing the return was polite, courteous, made good eye contact, and actively listened to what I had to say. I went in to get an upgrade with people ahead of me who were having issues and barely spoke english there was only one worker on shift but he was on top of handling there upgrades while still helping me and giving me all the information for my best upgrade he did an amazing job.
