“I was needing 2 upright freezers to replace a commercial freezer that was giving us trouble. I know I was asking a lot to need 2 exact same brand & color of freezers and to have them in stock. I checked around at other places and they did not have 2 of the same freezers in stock they would have to order them in and I would have to wait several days before they would get them in.
Here at C & C Appliances Sara took my call and she had 2 different option for me with both of them in stock! No waiting for them to have to be ordered in!!! She emailed me my options of the freezers with the prices and all the information about them so I could study them out and be able to make my decision on which one I wanted to go with. She had the answers to all of my questions and she did not try to sway me on my decision, she knew what I needed and they had what I needed in stock!! It was a very smooth purchase from the first phone call with them to the delivery. I live about 50 miles from them and I asked if they could deliver them that day yet, of course I paid them some for delivering it to me, but it was a very reasonable amount and this was on a Friday afternoon. The delivery went very smoothly. I was at work and had my father go over to my house to unlock it and Phad, the delivery guy was excellent he moved my old freezer and put the 2 new ones exactly where I wanted them and got them all plugged in and cooling down so when I got home they were all ready for me to put my food in them. I am so pleased with the courtesy and service I received from them. They made what was already a stressful situation with a very large freezer full of food giving trouble to a smooth solution and problem solved!! I will be contacting them for any other appliance needs I will be needing in the future.”

“Went into Jays to get some cables and walked out with door speakers, cables and installation. Still cheaper than everywhere else I had shopped. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and were able to dumb down a lot of stuff to help guide my build. I would definitely shop there again!”
“Its a good store, bathrooms are decent and the aisles are clear and stocked. The size of the store is a bit small for the area in my opinion but they still have some good items. The employees are also very helpful and kind so that's a plus. All in all I would give it a 4 out of 5 just based on size alone.”
