The worst run Home Depot I have ever been in. I have been to a lot. Prices marked on all my items were not the prices scanned a check out. All items scanned higher than marked. Had checkout girl call manager. He could care less. Took 10 minutes to answer this poor girls call. Checkout girl said she gets lots of complaints Hello Lowe's I gave it one star because zero stars was not an option.

Went in for pipe. It took them 2 and a half hours to cut 9 pieces of 10 foot pipe and thread them. 4 of the pieces were not threaded and 1 was not cut properly. Said Home Depot would not return and give us the correct pieces so we had to buy more of the correct pipe already cut for more on top of already paying for product that was not right. Don't come here if you want help. They refuse to give it

I will never go to Home Depot again. Zero. I mean NONE, NO HUMAN BEINGS at checkout. I refuse to shop at any store to cheap to employ human cashiers. Got to front of store, no humans, left buggy where it was and left.

Great store. Has everything that you need for your home. We were looking for a kitchen facet. Found what we were looking for. A salesman by the name jerome was extremely helpful. Even got a veterans discount. I salute this store and its employes

Customer service is non-existent anymore in most big-box stores and this one is no exception. You better know what you need, the correct dimensions, and all the specs because the "customer service representatives" will not help you. I quote one young employee verbatim, "Well, we hope people come in already knowing what they want, 'cuz all we do is point them in the right direction." And if you really feel like testing your patience, try calling to get a question answered. Be prepared for 15 minutes of hold-operator-hold-back to operator-hold some more-back to operator until you finally give up. No department WILL EVER answer a phone.

Went to order a special size door. First thing out of salesperson is I have to leave at 4, right at four. Well its 3:50 the door can't be ordered all of a sudden. I think he needs to go back to customer service training.

This warehouse-size hardware haven has virtually everything you could need to create, repair or maintain a house or garden, with options for everyone from first-time DIYers to professional builders. Browse aisles brimming with paint, fixtures, tools, appliances, lumber, plants, sod and more. If you can't find what you're looking for, or if it's 15 feet off the ground the ubiquitous orange-aproned staffers will help you get what you need. I mostly patron Lowe's now since the store in Sulphur is closer to my house. But when I have some time, I still check out Home Depot's selection every now and then to see the little differences in selection they offer. They do have a larger than average spray paint selection, which I do take advantage of on occasion. One con is that it gets hard to find some of the smaller items on the shelves when they get mixed up into different boxes over time.
